I make it a priority to learn about my clients' preferences and engage them in friendly conversation during training sessions. I try to remain positive and upbeat at all times. I ask them what sort of encouragement they respond to, and I make an effort to create an individualized workout and success plan for each client.

I take great care in keeping my studio sanitized and organized so my clients feel comfortable during their training sessions.

I strive to work with my clients' individual schedules so it is easy for them to train at their desired times, and I always give my clients advance notice of any time off or vacations.

"I’m a 75 year old man, who in my earlier years played football, rugby, lacrosse and raced on a ski team. In my late 30s, I transitioned from team sports to more individual fitness activities like bicycling, tennis, running, hiking, weight training, and skiing, not really competing, but doing them more for fun and to keep in shape. Over the years, old sports injuries to my knee, back, shoulder, and ankle required surgeries. The rehab after each was successful, due in large part to the excellent physical therapists I had.
